Chris relocated his family and businesses from the great Pacific Northwest in 2020 to Bradenton, Florida.  He has a bit of a wild side that enjoys skydiving and foil surfing in his spare time.

Tom Mikolas brings over three decades of hands-on construction and operations experience, offering unmatched knowledge and expertise in real estate development. His career encompasses diverse projects across various sectors, including the Sears Convention Center, Alta at K Station, and The Sheraton Towers.

Tom and his wife hail from the Windy City of Chicago.  They relocated to Parish, Florida in 2021 where the sun shines a little brighter and a little longer in the winter months.  He has a deep passion for sports cars and golfing. You  may also spot him and his wife relaxing on the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria island on the weekends.

Heather Bell is a fourth-generation real estate advisor with a decade of experience in commercial and residential real estate, land acquisition, proptech startups, market data and analytics consulting, and capital raising. Her career highlights include managing a $500 million P&L for hundreds of retail locations, developing effective sales training programs, and leading marketing and operations teams. A notable achievement is her turnaround strategy that secured a $350 million exclusive contract renewal with AT&T.

In the proptech sector, Heather made significant contributions by working with a Shark Tank startup to build organizational structure and implement the EOS Operating System, successfully preparing the company for its Series A funding round while delivering results for investors, board members, and end users.

Currently, Heather leads a team focused on cultivating global and local  relationships. She structures and executes all debt and equity transactions with our lenders and investors, provides communications and transparent reporting throughout the investment lifecycle for the partners' Florida real estate investments.

Heather is a native Southern Californian residing in Frisco, Texas.  Her passions are scuba diving and serving her local community as a managing member of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, providing beds to kids that sleep on the floor.

Christos Stasinos is a seasoned General Contractor and Construction Manager with over 32 years of experience overseeing complex projects across major U.S. markets. He is the CEO and Founder of Tribeca Construction, based in California.

Christos has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of ground-up projects, including custom luxury single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family, restaurants, malls, high-rise office buildings, and hotels, with notable projects spanning Florida, California, Texas, and New York City. 

His proven track record and comprehensive skill set make him a vital asset in delivering high-quality projects efficiently and effectively.

Christos has a deep appreciation for Greek food and traveling back home when his time permits. You just  may find him sailing through the isles chasing the waves and sunshine.

Zach Vaughn 

Zachary Vaughn leads the acquisitions team, utilizing his extensive real estate expertise to identify and create profitable investment opportunities. He began his career as the Director of Acquisitions at Homepoint LLC, where he established a successful wholesaling business and developed a high-performing sales team through innovative software and marketing strategies. His time as a real estate sales agent at eXp Realty further honed his skills in collaborating with investors on diverse projects, including fix-and-flips and multifamily rentals.

Zach has extensive experience in project management, overseeing transitions from conception to operation and managing complex permitting processes and project sales. He also supported a local broker with hotel renovations and managed a real estate investor club. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Zachary is well-equipped to drive success in his role.

Originally from Boston, he is a devoted Red Sox fan and enjoys exploring new cultures. In his free time, Zach is an avid reader, he enjoys his meditation practice as a way to decompress and stay connected, and focuses on spiritual growth. He loves spending time at the beach and jet skiing, although he no longer rides motorcycles, prioritizing safety in his adventures.
